Procedure
Cut brussel sprouts in half and lightly season with a garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and chili pepper.
Place brussel sprouts evenly on parchment paper on a cookie sheet in oven at 350 until crispy and golden brown for 20 mins or in airfryer at same temp (on airfry setting) for 15 minutes.
While brussels sprouts are roasting, in a medium skillet saute onions and craisins together over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of vegan butter until onions are translucent and craisins soften and swell.
add roasted brussels sprouts to pan with craisins and onions and mix well
serve hot
