Procedure
1. Add oil or vegetable stock to a medium-sized skillet
2. Saute onions until soft
3. Add garlic and spinach and cook until wilted. Let cool for about 20 mins
4. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast until smooth (food processor or blender will aid in the process.
5. Add spinach mixture and artichokes and continue to blend. Season to taste
6. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with veggies or pita chips.
